Deutsch: Seester (Schleswig-Holstein) – Dorfstraße 41 – Ehemalige Fachwerkkate

– Die traufenständige große Kate zwischen Kirche und Schule stammt aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Das reetgedeckte Dach weist auf beiden Seiten einen Krüppelwalm mit Eulengiebel auf. In der Mitte ist eine große Fledermausgaube eingesetzt.

– Das Haus zeigte ursprünglich Fachwerkmauerwerk. Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts hat man es massiv ummauert. Bei einer Restaurierung Ende des 20. Jahrhunderts blieb das alte Mauerwerk in großen Bereichen erhalten. Nur an einigen Stellen mussten neue Backsteine verwendet werden, wie man auf der linken Seite sieht. Die ungeteilten Fenster hat man stilgerecht durch Sprossenfenster ersetzt, zwei Haustüren wurden nach historischem Vorbild rekonstruiert.
